Now in it’s second season, Isabella Rossellini’s Green Porno is the Sundance Channel’s look into the sex lives of animals. The first season covered various bugs and insects, including the fly and the spider, while the current season focuses on sea creatures like, so far, the barnacle and the anglerfish. Isabella Rossellini is a surprisingly effective host, her heavy accent making exclamations about penises and unusual mating practices that much funnier. Well-written and produced, the show seems pretty educational and is definitely one of the more engaging treatments of the subject that I’ve seen.
